Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your bredbuttr tee. If something's wrong, we will make it right. This policy is written to be fair to you and honest about what we can and cannot do as a made-to-order clothing brand.

 

1. What We Accept

1.1 Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is:

       Misprinted, has a print defect, or the graphic is damaged

       Physically damaged due to transit mishandling

       Wrong size or wrong design sent by our fulfillment team

 

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You must:

       Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

       Provide clear photos of the defect and the outer packaging

       Provide an unboxing video (strongly recommended — without it, we may not be able to verify the cause)

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will be subject to reprinting charges and cannot be guaranteed.

 

1.2 Size Exchange — Prepaid Orders

If you ordered the wrong size, we accept a one-time size exchange on prepaid orders. Please note: wrong size ordered by the customer is not eligible for a refund — exchange only. Conditions:

       The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

       Tags are intact and packaging is undamaged

       Exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery

       Replacement size is available in stock

 

For prepaid size exchanges, return shipping is at the customer's cost. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the replacement at no additional charge.

 

1.3 Size Exchange — COD Orders

Size exchanges for COD orders are accepted under the same conditions as above. However, both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will deduct these from any applicable adjustment.

 

2. What We Do Not Accept

       Returns for change of mind or change of preference

       Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

       Products without original tags or packaging

       Returns for colour variation — minor differences between screen display and printed output are normal in DTF/DTG printing and are not eligible for returns

       Returns for size measurement variation of ±0.5 inches — this is a standard tolerance in apparel manufacturing

       Damage caused by improper care (not following our care instructions)

       Damage caused by sharp objects during unboxing — please open packages carefully

 

3. Refund Method

For valid complaints where a refund is applicable:

Defective / damaged / wrong product — Prepaid

Choice of: (a) Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days, OR (b) Store credit / coupon valid for 1 year

Defective / damaged / wrong product — COD

Choice of: (a) Store credit / coupon valid for 1 year, OR (b) Bank transfer refund within 7 business days (NEFT — share bank details)

Wrong size ordered by customer

Exchange only — no refund issued regardless of payment method

COD handling fee & shipping charges

Non-refundable in all cases unless error is on our end

 

Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent, print defect).

 

4. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

 

1.    Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery (details below)

2.    Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos/video

3.    Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours

4.    If approved, we will share next steps (return pickup, replacement dispatch, or refund initiation)

5. Important Notes

       Every bredbuttr tee is made-to-order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

       Returned products are held by our fulfillment center for up to 100 days for re-shipping. After 100 days, unclaimed returns are discarded.

       We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
