1. About bredbuttr

bredbuttr is a clothing brand owned and operated by Magic Advertising and Marketing, a business entity based in Hub Co-working Space, Opp. Oberoi Mall, Western Express Highway, Gen. A. K. Vaidya Marg, Malad East, Mumbai – 400 063, Maharashtra, India. We sell graphic and basic oversized tees through our website. Our products are printed and fulfilled on a made-to-order basis by our production team.

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. bredbuttr operates on a limited-drop model — designs may sell out and not be restocked. We take care to display accurate product images and descriptions, but cannot guarantee exact colour match between screen and print output due to the nature of digital printing.

A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel and does not constitute a defect.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is charged as per Indian tax law — tees priced below ₹1000 attract 5% GST and those priced ₹1000 or above attract 12% GST.

We accept UPI, Debit & Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (on eligible pin codes). All transactions are processed securely. bredbuttr does not store payment card information on its servers.

Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price charged.

 

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately. We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed, as every product is made-to-order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

•       Product is out of stock after order placement

•       Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse

•       Incorrect pricing due to a technical error

•       Inability to deliver to the specified location

 

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

6. Intellectual Property

The bredbuttr brand name, logo, taglines, product descriptions, and original brand content are the intellectual property of Magic Advertising and Marketing. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Cartoon characters and associated artwork featured in our collections are properties of their respective original owners (Disney, Nickelodeon, Toei Animation, Nintendo/Game Freak, Matt Groening/Fox, Yoshito Usui/Futabasha, Hanna-Barbera/Warner Bros., Pixar/Disney). bredbuttr does not claim ownership of these third-party characters or franchises.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

bredbuttr's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for:

•       Indirect or consequential losses

•       Delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control

•       Damage caused by improper product care

•       Colour variation between screen display and printed product

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any formal proceedings. Most issues are resolved quickly and fairly.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
