1. About Our Fulfillment

bredbuttr is a made-to-order clothing brand. Every tee in our Iconic Cartoon Drop is made-to-order by our production and fulfillment team. This means your order is printed and packed fresh after you place it — no dead stock, no compromises on quality.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, here is what happens:

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During sale periods or high demand, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

3. Shipping Methods & Charges

3.1 Prepaid Orders

Enjoy FREE shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹949 and above. For prepaid orders below ₹949, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged at checkout.

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available on eligible pin codes across India. A handling charge of ₹40.12 per order (incl. GST) is applied to all COD orders. This charge is non-refundable.

Important: If a COD order is returned due to non-delivery, refusal, or non-payment — shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.

4. Delivery Areas

We ship across India through our courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, and DTDC. For pin codes not serviceable by standard couriers, we ship via India Post.

India Post orders: End-to-end tracking may not be available. Claims for lost, undelivered, or proof-of-delivery for India Post shipments cannot be raised.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier's website using this ID.

6. Undelivered & RTO Orders

If a courier is unable to deliver your order, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our fulfillment center. Common reasons include:

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

• Customer not reachable or not available

• COD amount not ready at delivery

• Customer refused delivery

• Pin code became unserviceable after order placement

If your order is marked RTO, please contact us within 7 days of the RTO notification. We can arrange a re-delivery (shipping charges apply) or process a refund after deducting applicable forward and return shipping costs.

If the pin code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, bredbuttr is not liable for the RTO and no refund will be processed for shipping charges.
